Dear Parents,

1. The school is planning to conduct the morning assembly as per the timetable starting from 7:45 AM, and a games period has been arranged daily for every class.

2. 
   ਸਕੂਲ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮੌਰਨਿੰਗ ਅਸੈਂਬਲੀ ਟਾਈਮਟੇਬਲ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸਵੇਰੇ 7:45 ਵਜੇ ਤੋਂ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਹਰ ਕਲਾਸ ਲਈ ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਇੱਕ ਖੇਡਾਂ ਦਾ ਪੀਰੀਅਡ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।

3. This games period is an additional period and is not shown in the timetable, to give children more time to play.

   ਇਹ ਖੇਡਾਂ ਦਾ ਪੀਰੀਅਡ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਧੂ ਪੀਰੀਅਡ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਟਾਈਮਟੇਬਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿਖਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਖੇਡਣ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਮਿਲ ਸਕੇ।

5. Kindly ensure that your child is ready 5–10 minutes before the allotted pickup time every day, as vehicles may take a little extra time due to daily traffic.

   ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਇਹ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਓ ਕਿ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਬੱਚਾ ਹਰ ਰੋਜ਼ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ ਪਿਕਅੱਪ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ 5–10 ਮਿੰਟ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਤਿਆਰ ਹੋਵੇ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਟ੍ਰੈਫਿਕ ਕਾਰਨ ਵਾਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੁਝ ਵਾਧੂ ਸਮਾਂ ਲੱਗ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।

7. If even a few children are late, it affects the schedule of all students, and drivers will not make phone calls during driving as it affects the safety of all children.

   ਜੇ ਕੁਝ ਬੱਚੇ ਵੀ ਦੇਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਤਾਂ ਇਸਦਾ ਅਸਰ ਸਾਰੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ 'ਤੇ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਡਰਾਈਵਰ ਗੱਡੀ ਚਲਾਉਂਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਫੋਨ ਕਾਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨਗੇ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।

9. Most of the vehicles pick up the first child between 6:00 AM and 6:15 AM, and morning pickup may take slightly longer because each stop takes 2–3 extra minutes and there may be unexpected delays due to traffic, tractors, or roadside parking.

    ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਵਾਹਨ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਨੂੰ ਸਵੇਰੇ 6:00 ਤੋਂ 6:15 ਵਜੇ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਲੈ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਪਿਕਅੱਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਥੋੜ੍ਹਾ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਸਮਾਂ ਲੱਗ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਹਰ ਸਟਾਪ 'ਤੇ 2–3 ਮਿੰਟ ਵਾਧੂ ਲੱਗਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਟ੍ਰੈਫਿਕ, ਟਰੈਕਟਰ ਜਾਂ ਸੜਕ ਕਿਨਾਰੇ ਪਾਰਕਿੰਗ ਕਾਰਨ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਦੇਰੀ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ।

11. If your child is not coming to school on a specific day, kindly inform the driver one day in advance, and if the child is not ready at the stop at the allotted time, the driver will not wait beyond that time.

12. 
    ਜੇ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਬੱਚਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਦਿਨ ਸਕੂਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਆ ਰਿਹਾ, ਤਾਂ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਇੱਕ ਦਿਨ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਡਰਾਈਵਰ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕਰੋ ਅਤੇ ਜੇ ਬੱਚਾ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ ਸਮੇਂ 'ਤੇ ਸਟਾਪ 'ਤੇ ਤਿਆਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ, ਤਾਂ ਡਰਾਈਵਰ ਉਡੀਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰੇਗਾ।

13. We request all parents to cooperate fully with the drivers and maintain a positive attitude, and kindly do not argue or behave harshly with drivers, especially in the morning.

    ਅਸੀਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਮਾਤਾ-ਪਿਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਡਰਾਈਵਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਪੂਰਾ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਕਰੋ ਅਤੇ ਸਕਾਰਾਤਮਕ ਰਵੱਈਆ ਬਣਾਈ ਰੱਖੋ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਡਰਾਈਵਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਬਹਿਸ ਨਾ ਕਰੋ ਜਾਂ ਕਰੜਾ ਵਤੀਰਾ ਨਾ ਅਪਣਾਓ, ਖਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ।

15. They are working for your children’s safety and care, and if you face any issues, please inform the school office on time.

16. 
    ਉਹ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਦੇਖਭਾਲ ਲਈ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਜੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਆਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਮੇਂ 'ਤੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿਓ।

17. If any vehicle is picking up your child earlier than 90 minutes before school time, please contact the school immediately.

18. 
    ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਵਾਹਨ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ 90 ਮਿੰਟ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਸਕੂਲ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕਰੋ।

19. Parents are requested to bring children to the main stop whenever possible so that time can be saved and all children can reach school on time, and your cooperation with drivers and staff is highly appreciated as it will also be a great help to other children.

20. ਮਾਤਾ-ਪਿਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਵੀ ਸੰਭਵ ਹੋਵੇ, ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੇਨ ਸਟਾਪ 'ਤੇ ਲਿਆਉਣ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਸਮਾਂ ਬਚ ਸਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਸਮੇਂ 'ਤੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਸਕਣ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਡਰਾਈਵਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਟਾਫ ਨਾਲ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਬਹੁਤ ਕਦਰਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਹੋਰ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਵੱਡੀ ਮਦਦ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
