DATE SHEET - : 2026-27 - FIRST TERMINAL EXAMINATION : FEE DUE NOTIFICATION
Dear Parents / ਸਤਿਕਾਰਯੋਗ ਮਾਤਾ ਪਿਤਾ ਜੀ,
The examinations will commence from 17th August. The date sheets have already been given to the children. ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ 17 ਅਗਸਤ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਡੇਟ ਸ਼ੀਟ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ।
Due to pending fees, the date sheets of some students were initially not released. However, today we have released those date sheets as well. ਕੁਝ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਫੀਸ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਹੋਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਡੇਟ ਸ਼ੀਟ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ, ਪਰ ਅੱਜ ਅਸੀਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਡੇਟ ਸ਼ੀਟਾਂ ਵੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
IMPORTANT / ਬਹੁਤ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ
We would like to make it absolutely clear that the notification we are going to put in the School Application is ONLY for those students whose fees are pending/uncleared UP TO JUNE. ਜੋ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਸਕੂਲ ਐਪਲੀਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ, ਉਹ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਫੀਸ ਜੂਨ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਤੱਕ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਲੀਅਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ।
We are NOT notifying the names/admission numbers of students whose fees are clear up to June. ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਜੂਨ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਤੱਕ ਦੀ ਸਾਰੀ ਫੀਸ ਕਲੀਅਰ ਹੈ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਜਾਂ Admission Numbers ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ।
The final date given for clearing the pending fees was before the first examination, i.e. 17th August. Despite repeated reminders and sufficient time being given, there are still some students whose fees up to June remain uncleared. ਫੀਸ ਕਲੀਅਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਮਿਤੀ 17 ਅਗਸਤ, ਅਰਥਾਤ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਕਈ ਵਾਰ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਦੇਣ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਸਮਾਂ ਦੇਣ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਵੀ ਕੁਝ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਜੂਨ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਤੱਕ ਦੀ ਫੀਸ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਕਲੀਅਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ।
We have also come to know that some parents may not be aware that their child's fee up to June is still pending. Therefore, as a final reminder: ਸਾਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੁਝ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਇਦ ਇਹ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਦੀ ਜੂਨ ਤੱਕ ਦੀ ਫੀਸ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਯਾਦ ਦਿਵਾਉਣ ਵਜੋਂ:
On Monday, we will post the Admission Numbers ONLY of those students whose fees up to June are still pending in the Class-wise Notes section of the School Application. ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਕੂਲ ਐਪਲੀਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ Class-wise Notes ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ Admission Numbers ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਜੂਨ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਤੱਕ ਦੀ ਫੀਸ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਹੈ।
Parents who are unsure about their fee status can identify their child through the Admission Number and check the outstanding fee in the School Application. ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਫੀਸ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਪਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਉਹ Admission Number ਰਾਹੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਐਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਫੀਸ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।
Again, we repeat: the Monday notification will contain ONLY the Admission Numbers of students whose fees up to June are NOT CLEAR. ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ: ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਦੇ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ Admission Numbers ਹੋਣਗੇ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਜੂਨ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਤੱਕ ਦੀ ਫੀਸ ਕਲੀਅਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।
If the pending fee is still not cleared by Monday, then on Tuesday, we will have to update the names of those students, class-wise, whose fees up to June remain pending in the School Application. ਜੇਕਰ ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਤੱਕ ਵੀ ਜੂਨ ਤੱਕ ਦੀ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਫੀਸ ਕਲੀਅਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦੀ, ਤਾਂ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਕੂਲ ਐਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਕਲਾਸ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸਾਂਝੇ ਕਰਨੇ ਪੈਣਗੇ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਜੂਨ ਤੱਕ ਦੀ ਫੀਸ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ।
We sincerely request all parents whose fees up to June are pending to clear the dues at the earliest. ਅਸੀਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਜੂਨ ਤੱਕ ਦੀ ਫੀਸ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਹੈ, ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਜਲਦ ਤੋਂ ਜਲਦ ਕਲੀਅਰ ਕਰਵਾਓ।
We sincerely apologize for having to disclose Admission Numbers and, if necessary, names through the School Application. We are taking this step only as a last resort after repeated fee reminders and sufficient opportunities have already been given. ਸਕੂਲ ਐਪਲੀਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਰਾਹੀਂ Admission Numbers ਅਤੇ ਜੇਕਰ ਲੋੜ ਪਈ ਤਾਂ ਨਾਮ ਸਾਂਝੇ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਅਸੀਂ ਦਿਲੋਂ ਮਾਫ਼ੀ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਇਹ ਕਦਮ ਅਸੀਂ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਉਪਾਅ ਵਜੋਂ ਚੁੱਕ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਫੀਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਕਈ ਵਾਰ ਸੂਚਨਾਵਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਫੀਸ ਕਲੀਅਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਸਮਾਂ ਵੀ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
We hope that parents will understand our situation and cooperate so that there is no need to publish the names on Tuesday. ਅਸੀਂ ਆਸ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਸਾਰੇ ਮਾਪੇ ਸਾਡੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਕਰਨਗੇ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਨਾਮ ਸਾਂਝੇ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਨਾ ਪਵੇ।

School Management / ਸਕੂਲ ਮੈਨੇਜਮੈਂਟ
Examination Marks Distribution
All subjects will be assessed for 80 marks in the written examination.
The remaining 20 marks will be allocated for Internal Assessment.
For Science and Computer, the Internal Assessment marks will include:
Practical records
Laboratory work
Viva
The final marks for each subject will therefore be calculated out of 100 marks (80 + 20).
