NOTICE: 01/01/2024

 

Dear Students and Parents,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits as we usher in the joyous season of the New Year. On behalf of the entire faculty and staff of St. Thomas Convent School, Bathinda, I extend heartfelt wishes to each one of you for a prosperous, successful, and fulfilling year ahead.

As we gear up for a fresh start, I would like to bring to your attention some important updates regarding school activities and schedules:

1.            School Reopening: Our school will resume its regular classes from 2^nd January 2024, and we eagerly anticipate the return of our students to the vibrant learning environment at St. Thomas Convent School.

2.            School Timings: Please be informed that the school timings will remain unchanged. Classes will commence at the regular time of 9:30 am and conclude at 3:00 pm.

3.            Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM): Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have had to reschedule the upcoming Parent-Teacher Meeting. The new date and time for the PTM is set for 12^th January 2024, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. We understand the importance of parental involvement in a child's education and encourage all parents to attend this meeting to discuss their child's progress with the respective teachers.

4.            Change of Sports Day: Our annual Sports Day, a much-anticipated event in the school calendar, has been rescheduled. The new dates for Sports Day are [26/01/2024] and [27/01/2024]. We look forward to showcasing the sportsmanship and talent of our students on these days.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these matters. Our commitment to providing a nurturing and conducive learning environment remains steadfast, and we are confident that the New year will bring about new opportunities for academic and personal growth.

ਮੈਂ ਉਮੀਦ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਪੱਤਰ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਚੰਗੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਅਤੇ ਬੇ-  ਹੱਦ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਵੇਗਾ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਨਵੇਂ ਸਾਲ ਦੇ ਖੁਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਭਰੇ ਮੌਸਮ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ । ਸੇਂਟ ਥਾਮਸ ਕਾਨਵੈਂਟ ਸਕੂਲ, ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਦੀ ਸਮੁੱਚੇ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਅਤੇ ਸਟਾਫ਼ ਦੇ ਵੱਲੋਂ, ਮੈਂ ਹਰ  ਇੱਕ ਨੂੰ  ਖੁਸ਼ਹਾਲ, ਸਫਲ ਅਤੇ ਭਰਪੂਰ ਸਾਲ ਲਈ ਦਿਲੀ ਸ਼ੁਭਕਾਮਨਾਵਾਂ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ।

ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਇੱਕ ਨਵੀਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਹਾਂ, ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਧਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੀਆਂ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਂ-ਸਾਰਣੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਸੰਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁਝ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਅੱਪਡੇਟ ਲਿਆਉਣਾ ਚਾਹਾਂਗਾ :-

1. ਸਕੂਲ ਮੁੜ ਖੋਲ੍ਹਣਾ: ਸਾਡਾ ਸਕੂਲ 2 ਜਨਵਰੀ 2024 ਤੋਂ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਨਿਯਮਿਤ ਕਲਾਸਾਂ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ, ਅਤੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਸੇਂਟ ਥਾਮਸ ਕਾਨਵੈਂਟ ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਡੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਵਾਪਸੀ ਸਿੱਖਣ ਦੇ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਦੀ ਉਤਸੁਕਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਉਮੀਦ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ।

2. ਸਕੂਲ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ: ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ ਕਿ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਬਦਲਾਅ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ । ਕਲਾਸਾਂ ਨਿਯਮਤ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਵੇਰੇ 9:30 ਵਜੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ 3:00 ਵਜੇ ਸਮਾਪਤ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ।

3. ਮਾਤਾ-ਪਿਤਾ-ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ (PTM): ਅਚਨਚੇਤ ਹਾਲਾਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ, ਸਾਨੂੰ ਮਾਤਾ-ਪਿਤਾ-ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੜ ਤਹਿ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਿਆ ਹੈ । PTM ਲਈ ਨਵੀਂ ਤਾਰੀਖ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਂ 12 ਜਨਵਰੀ 2024, ਸਵੇਰੇ 9:00 ਵਜੇ ਤੋਂ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ 12:00 ਵਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਅਸੀਂ ਬੱਚੇ ਦੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਮੂਲੀਅਤ ਦੇ ਮਹੱਤਵ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਦੀ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਚਰਚਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਇਸ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਹੋਣ ਲਈ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ ।

4. ਖੇਡ ਦਿਵਸ ਦੀ ਤਬਦੀਲੀ: ਸਾਡੇ ਸਾਲਾਨਾ ਖੇਡ ਦਿਵਸ, ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਕੈਲੰਡਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਉਮੀਦ ਭਰਪੂਰ ਮਿਤੀ  ਨੂੰ ਮੁੜ ਤਹਿ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ । ਖੇਡ ਦਿਵਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਨਵੀਆਂ ਤਾਰੀਖਾਂ [26/01/2024] ਅਤੇ [27/01/2024] ਹਨ । ਅਸੀਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਿਨਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਖੇਡ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਭਾ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਉਮੀਦ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ।

ਅਸੀਂ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਸਮਝ ਅਤੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਲਾਘਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਇੱਕ ਪਾਲਣ ਪੋਸ਼ਣ ਅਤੇ ਅਨੁਕੂਲ ਸਿੱਖਣ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸਾਡੀ ਵਚਨਬੱਧਤਾ ਕਾਇਮ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਨਵਾਂ ਸਾਲ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਗਤ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਲਈ ਨਵੇਂ ਮੌਕੇ ਲਿਆਵੇਗਾ ।
