We hope you are doing well. We kindly request you to ensure that your child attends school regularly, as regular academic sessions have now begun. Consistent attendance plays a very important role in your child’s learning, confidence, and overall development.

In this academic year, we are committed to giving special care and attention to every child in a unique and thoughtful way, focusing on their individual needs and growth. To support their overall development, games periods have also been included every day for all students, helping them stay active, happy, and refreshed.

Your support in sending your child to school every day will help us provide this care effectively and bring out the best in them.

Please note that we may not be able to take responsibility for any learning gaps if a child is absent from class. We warmly request that all students who were absent today be sent to school from tomorrow onwards.

ਆਸ ਹੈ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਚੰਗੇ ਹੋਵੋਗੇ। ਅਸੀਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਸਕੂਲ ਭੇਜੋ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਰੈਗੂਲਰ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਹੁਣ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ। ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਹਾਜ਼ਰੀ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ, ਆਤਮ-ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੁੱਚੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਲਈ ਬਹੁਤ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ।

ਇਸ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਸਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਸੀਂ ਹਰ ਬੱਚੇ ਨੂੰ ਖਾਸ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਧਿਆਨ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਵਚਨਬੱਧ ਹਾਂ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਗਤ ਲੋੜਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਹੋ ਸਕੇ। ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਸਮੁੱਚੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਲਈ ਹਰ ਰੋਜ਼ ਗੇਮਜ਼ ਪੀਰੀਅਡ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਉਹ ਤੰਦਰੁਸਤ, ਖੁਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਤਾਜ਼ਗੀ ਭਰਪੂਰ ਰਹਿਣਗੇ।

ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਸਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਬਹੁਤ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਹੈ। ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਨੂੰ ਹਰ ਰੋਜ਼ ਸਕੂਲ ਭੇਜਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਡੀ ਮਦਦ ਕਰੋ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਅਸੀਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਕਰ ਸਕੀਏ।

ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਧਿਆਨ ਦਿਓ ਕਿ ਜੇ ਬੱਚਾ ਗੈਰਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਘਾਟ ਲਈ ਸਕੂਲ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਅਸੀਂ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਜੋ ਬੱਚੇ ਅੱਜ ਗੈਰਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਸਨ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਤੋਂ ਰੈਗੂਲਰ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ।
