ICSE YEAR 2028 REGISTRATION – CLASS IX

Date: 22 August 2026

Dear Parents,

The CISCE has commenced the ICSE Year 2028 Registration for Class IX students. Parents are requested to complete the following formalities within the prescribed dates.

Documents & Fee Submission

  • Clear all pending school fees.

  • Pay the CISCE Registration Fee: ₹1,000/-.

  • Email your child's passport-size photograph and signature (JPEG, white background, file size below 50 KB) to stthomasbathinda@gmail.com.

  • Submit the following duly attested documents to the school:

    • Original Affidavit (in the prescribed format).

    • Copy of the Birth Certificate.

    • Copy of the Aadhaar Card.

Important Instructions

Parents must ensure that the student's name, father's name, mother's name, surname, and date of birth are identical in all documents. No corrections can be made after registration is submitted to CISCE.

Your timely cooperation will help the school complete the ICSE registration process within the CISCE deadline.

We are delighted to inform you that our school is organizing an In-House Picnic (Kids Carnival) for students from Nursery to Class 8th on 30-03-2026 (Monday) in the school campus. The day will be filled with exciting and fun activities such as jumpers, train ride, trampoline, swimming pools, magic show, tattoo art, archery, balloon decoration, and many more attractions for children. The date sheets have already been given to the children. ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ 17 ਅਗਸਤ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਡੇਟ ਸ਼ੀਟ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ। Due to pending fees, the date sheets of some students were initially not released. Dear Parents, We are happy to inform you that the new academic year will begin on 6th April . Kindly note the following: School timing for the first two days will be 7 :30 AM to 1:00 PM .   Dear Parents,   Kindly note that the Admission Fee, Annual Fee, April School Fee, and April Van Fee must be paid on or before 30 th April. The Annual Fee is to be paid in the first month itself. We request you to kindly cooperate with the office staff in this regard. If there is any delay in fee payment, the concession given for the second child, third child, or any special case will be cancelled for the entire academic year. A fine of ₹10 per day will also be charged for late payment. School fee details are available in the School Application under the “Fees Updates” section on the dashboard.
