NOTICE TO PARENTS

ICSE YEAR 2028 REGISTRATION – CLASS IX

Dear Parents,

Greetings from St. Thomas Convent School.

This is to inform all parents of Class IX students that the CISCE (Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations) has commenced the registration process for candidates appearing in the ICSE Year 2028 Examination.

To enable the school to complete the registration within the timeline prescribed by CISCE, you are requested to comply with the following requirements at the earliest.

1. Clearance of School Fee and Registration Fee

Kindly ensure that all outstanding school fees are cleared immediately. In addition, every Class IX student is required to pay the CISCE Registration Fee of ₹1,000/-. 

Please note that the registration of a candidate will be processed only after all pending school dues and the CISCE registration fee have been received by the school.

2. Submission of Photograph and Signature (Soft Copy)

You are requested to send a recent passport-size photograph and the signature of your child to the school's official email address:

CISCE Photograph Specifications

The photograph must strictly comply with the specifications prescribed by CISCE:

Requirement Specification

Size : 35 mm × 45 mm

Format : JPEG (.jpg/.jpeg)

File Size : Less than 50 KB

Background : White

Dress Code : School Uniform (or light-coloured clothes if uniform is unavailable)

Face Position :  Full frontal face, centred in the frame

Visibility  : Eyes open and both ears clearly visible

Face Coverage : Minimum 60% of the photograph

Image Quality : Clear, sharp and not blurred or pixelated

Important Information

The photograph and signature submitted will be uploaded to the CISCE registration portal and will be printed on the student's ICSE Admission Card, Statement of Marks, and other official CISCE documents. Parents are therefore requested to ensure that the images strictly follow the above specifications. Photographs or signatures that do not meet CISCE standards will be rejected and fresh copies will have to be submitted.

Late Registration Fine (As Per CISCE Guidelines)

Parents are requested to complete all formalities within the prescribed schedule.

CISCE Registration Fee: ₹1,000/- per candidate

Last Date of Registration :  15 October 2026

last date of Late Registration Period: 1 November 2026.

If the registration is completed during the late registration period, an additional Late Fee of ₹1,000/- per candidate will be charged by CISCE. Therefore, the total registration amount during the late registration period will be ₹2,000/- per candidate.

The school shall not be responsible for any late fee imposed by CISCE due to delayed payment of fees or late submission of the required photograph and signature by parents.

Dear Parents,

For the ICSE Year 2028 Registration – Class IX, you are required to submit an  Affidavit in the prescribed format.

The wording and format of the affidavit are given in the link provided below. Kindly prepare the affidavit exactly as per the given format, get it duly attested by a competent authority, such as a Gazetted Officer or Executive Magistrate, and submit the original duly attested affidavit to the school along with the following documents:

1. Copy of the Date of Birth Certificate, duly attested by a Gazetted Officer or Executive Magistrate.

2. Copy of the child's Aadhaar Card, duly attested by a Gazetted Officer or Executive Magistrate.

3. Original duly attested Affidavit.

Parents are requested to carefully verify the date of birth, spelling of the child's name, father's name, mother's name and surnames in all the documents. All details must exactly match the official records.

No change or correction will be entertained once the entries are made in the school records. Therefore, parents must verify all details carefully before submitting the documents.

 LAST DATE FOR SUBMISSION - 30th August 2026

Parents are requested to ensure that all the required documents are complete, properly attested and submitted within the stipulated time.

Action Required from Parents

Parents are requested to complete the following immediately:

1. Clear all pending school fees.

2.. Pay the CISCE Registration Fee of ₹1,000/-.

3.. Email the student's photograph and signature in the prescribed format to stthomasbathinda@gmail.com

4. Submit the affidavit in the prescribed format
